Chris Perkins

A successful entrepreneur from the age of 21, Chris is the founder of Abundance Asset Management, where he teaches how to manage all assets digitally, making scalable success easy.

Chris has been financially free since he turned 29 and hasn’t worked in 12 years. Enjoying a free lifestyle, Chris has spent the last decade between Canada, the Caribbean, and South America. In his free time he enjoys kiteboarding.

Ali Mo

For Ali, yoga is the light at the end of the tunnel, he was in a dark place, going through a divorce, experiencing depression and not knowing where to go and what to do with his life.

He was introduced to hot yoga back in 2006, due to some knee and hip injuries. From there his practice grew and spanned several provinces and styles.

Aside from his yoga practice, he enjoys all outdoor activities hiking, paddle boarding, camping and road trips.

Ryan Young

Prior to moving into therapy, Ryan spent 15 years as a mechanical and environmental engineering technologist, and have worked in water treatment, sawmills, renovations contracting, mechanics, solar power, and park development. He’s taught martial arts and self-defense, and has travelled to 30 different countries. He’s lived the challenges of marriage, divorce, family mental health and substance use, is a half-time single parent of two young children, and is constantly working to evolve.

Chef Jay

Jason “Chef Jay” Mekdeci has been working in the restaurant industry for over 13 years, almost exclusively at high-end, fine dining, establishments. Originally from Toronto, Jay attended culinary school at Conestoga College and went on to hone his culinary skills at many prestigious restaurants. His Resume includes Langdon Hall (CAA 5 Diamond) in Cambridge, ON, Fairmont Château Lake Louise in the Fairview (CAA 4 Diamond), Alta Bistro in Whistler, and Clayoquot Wilderness Resort (Relais & Château) to name a few.  Now residing in the South Kootenays; Chef focuses on his own restaurant, Mirage Eastern Cuisine, and continues to offer exclusive private fine dining.
